接触阻抗、绝缘阻抗、耐电压强度、温升试验、切断容量、过负载测试。
测试标准以IEC 60320, EN 60320, CSA C22.2 & GB 17465 规范为主。

测试电源连接器端子与端子之间的距离是否可承受高压，并可确保符合安全规范之要求。

微殴姆计测试机

测试电源插座之输入与输出接触阻抗，以确保端子与端子间之接触导通。

温升/负载试验机

测试电源连接器在正常使用状况下，所产生之机械、电气及热应力，不会造成产品损耗。
